1. Surface Treatment

• Degreasing, derusting, neutralizing, and phosphate coating are performed in a closed chemical bath system.

2. Drying

• After chemical treatment, aluminum profiles are dried at a controlled temperature to eliminate moisture and prepare for coating.

3. Automated Powder Coating

• Powder is sprayed onto the aluminum surface using automatic spray guns inside a closed booth.

• Principle: Electrostatic attraction—aluminum is negatively charged, and the powder is positively charged—ensures even coverage, minimal overspray, and efficient material use.

4. Curing (Heat Treatment)

• After spraying, the profiles are placed in an oven at 180–200°C for 15–20 minutes to melt, bond, and cure the powder coating, stabilizing the color and finish.

5. Inspection and Packaging

• The coated products are thoroughly inspected for color, thickness, adhesion, and gloss using specialized equipment before being packaged and dispatched.
